The Rochester man accused of stabbing his father to death has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury.
Police say 39-year-old Detric Marshall stabbed and killed his 70-year-old father, Charles, during an argument back in January at an address on Dayton Street.
Marshall was arrested on North Clinton Avenue soon after the attack.
Police say he is on probation for a drug conviction and was wanted for skipping a court date for an impaired driving arrest in Perry.
