A 16-year-old boy has been charged in 5 smash-and-grab burglaries in Rochester.
Police say he was a culprit in the recent break-ins at Comedy at the Carlson and Record Archive, as well as at two liquor stores and a restaurant.
The unnamed teen is facing multiple counts of burglary, criminal mischief, grand larceny, and petit larceny, and is being held at the County Children’s Detention Center.
