A Rochester man will serve 21 years in prison in a homicide in the city's southeast side.
Prosecutors say Dana Smith stabbed 57-year-old Todd Hamilton to death at a home on Boardman Street in May 2020.
Smith then fled to Niagara Falls, where he was arrested by U.S. Marshals a month after the stabbing.
