Rochester police are trying to determine what led to the shooting of a 24-year-old man, and exactly where it happened.
He was dropped off overnight at Strong with a gunshot wound to his leg.
He said he was shot on Lewis Street, but police say he's not being cooperative and the shooting may have happened elsewhere.
