State police say a 66-year-old Rochester woman was killed in a crash on 490.
It happened around 7 last night on the westbound lanes near Winton Road.
Troopers say Berneather Hejduk was killed when her car hit a jersey barrier off the right shoulder.
Investigators are trying to determine if she had a medical problem that led to the crash.
