UPDATE: Bicyclist Killed in Farmington Crash Identified

UPDATE: State Police have released the name of the bicyclist who was killed Wednesday in a crash in Farmington.

Troopers say 52-year-old Candy Rau, of Farmington, was hit when she crossed from the northbound lanes of Route 332 into the path of a southbound car.

The driver needed treatment for minor injuries.

The investigation is continuing.

A bicyclist is dead, after she was hit by a car in Farmington.

Troopers say it happened just after 8:15 this morning at Routes 332 and 96.

The unnamed woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
