Rochester say a man was seriously injured in a stabbing on the city's southwest side.
It happened last night on Columbia Avenue.
The man in his 40s was stabbed several times, and officers had to apply a tourniquet to his leg to control the bleeding.
He is expected to survive.
No one has been arrested.
