UPDATE: Rochester police have identified the woman killed in a hit-and-run on Clifford Avenue.
52-year-old Yoeun Nhong of Rochester was hit while crossing near Conkey Avenue late Sunday night.
She later died at Strong Hospital.
Police are still looking for the car and driver involved, and are asking anyone with information to call 911.

Rochester police are trying to find the driver and car that hit and killed a woman on Clifford Avenue.
It happened around 10:30 last night while the woman was crossing the street, east of Conkey Avenue.
The driver took off.
Police found the woman in her 50s, in the street, with trauma to her upper body.
She was pronounced dead soon after she was brought to Strong hospital.
Her name has not been released.
