The City of Rochester has several locations open today for people to stay warm.
The Trenton and Pamela Jackson R-Center on North Clinton will open at 8 a.m.
And the David Gantt R-Center on North St. will open at 10 a.m.
All other R-Centers will open at 2, and all the centers will stay open until 9 tonight.
The central library will be open from 9 until 6.
