A Phelps man arrested in the alleged sexual abuse of a 6-year-old child last week - is now facing a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 36-year-old Eric Passalacqua exchanged child porn with someone in Alaska.
A search of his home turned up a cellphone that showed Passalacqua abusing a child, among other illicit images.
Passalacqua is already facing a 1st-degree sexual abuse in Ontario County.
