A Rochester mother is being held without bail for the beatings of her small children.
Bryasia Love pleaded not guilty this morning to murder and assault charges.
Her one-year-old son A'Mias died this week.
Her two-year-old daughter is out of the hospital and with her grandmother.
The boy had skull fractures, bruising to the head, a lacerated liver and severe damage to the eyes. The girl also had bruises and scratches.
A judge has issued a protective order for the girl.
