A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 36-year-old Mathew Schulman was having explicit online chats with whom he thought was an 11-year-old girl.
Instead, it was an undercover State Trooper.
Schulman also sent other child porn to the investigator.
Schulman will be sentenced in June.
He was on probation for a 2016 state child porn charge.
