The state Department of Public Service has scheduled meetings in two weeks to hear from RG&E customers with customer service complaints.
The meetings are set for the afternoon and evening of February 7 at Rochester City Hall. People who can't make that date can attend virtual meetings January 31.
Cutomers have been complaining about enormous bills and difficulties contacting customer service.
RG&E says it is hiring more customer service workers to manage the calls and expanding a billing credit program.
