State Police say two people are in custody after a crash on Chili Center Coldwater Road shortly after 3:00 PM.
Troopers say they tried to pull a car over for traffic violations when the driver refused to stop.
Troopers say he drove east, passing over spike strips and flattening his tires.
He continued through the I-490 ramps and went through a stop sign, crashing into a second car.
Both people in the fleeing car and the driver of the second car were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The road was reopened after about two-and-a-half hours.
State Police say the driver of the fleeing car turned out to be wanted on 12 outstanding warrants, including one for grand larceny.
His name has not yet been released.
