The man convicted of kidnapping his two children from a Greece foster home is now guilty of plotting to kill a Family Court judge.
Dimitri Cash was convicted of 2nd-degree conspiracy.

Both Cashes were convicted in May of kidnapping and other charges, with Dimitri sentenced to 115 years to life and Joenathan receiving 75 years.
Dimitri Cash will be sentenced on the conspiracy charge next month.
