A former Geneseo police officer is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a woman whom he had just arrested.
29-year-old Kristofor O'Rourke is charged with criminal sexual act and official misconduct.
Livingston County District Attorney Greg McCaffrey says the incident happened last July.
O'Rourke allegedly forced the woman into oral sex, under threat of him taking the woman to jail.
He resigned this past August to take a job with the Tompkins County Sheriffs Office.
State Police believe there could be more victims, and they're asking anyone who suffered similar abuse at the hands of O'Rourke to contact them.
