A 17-year-old boy is charged in a Rochester shooting on Halloween.
Police say a 37-year-old man was shot in the leg near Joseph Avenue and Clifford Street on the city's north side.
The U.S. Marshals Task Force nabbed the teen yesterday.
He's charged with assault and weapons possession.
