There's an arrest in the double shooting outside candidate for governor Lee Zeldin's home on Long Island last month.
Officials say 18-year-old Noah Green is the first person to be charged in the shooting.
Zeldin said his twin 16-year-old daughters were home at the time of the shooting and after they heard gunshots, they locked themselves in the bathroom and called 9-1-1.
One of the guns in the shooting has been recovered, while Green is due back in court Friday.
