Rochester police are looking for help in identifying a man who may know who shot a toddler last month.
They've put out a photo of the man whom they say may have information on the shooting of 3-year-old Marlo Joseph on North Clinton Avenue back on September 28th.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call police at (585) 428-8307, or email the tipline at RPDTipLine@CityofRochester.gov.
