A Genesee County man is facing nearly four dozen rape and criminal sex act counts.
Deputies say 39-year-old Ricardo Castillo Junior of Oakfield was charged following a probe into alleged sex offenses from November 2019 to August of last year.
All counts involve at least one victim under the age of 15.
Castillo has been arraigned and released.
