Rochester police have made 18 total arrests in what they call a turf war with out-of-town gang members over the illegal marijuana trade.
They say the beef has led to a number of shootings -- including the one that killed Officer Tony Mazurkiewicz and wounded fellow officer Sino Seng.
RPD Captain Frank Umbrino says one suspect, Raheim Robinson, could very well have killed again
22 guns and nearly 140 pounds of marijuana were seized in several raids over the course of the investigation.
Police also say Kelvin Vickers -- the suspect in the shootings of the two RPD officers --was brought to Rochester to kill rival pot dealers.
