The Boston man charged in the July shooting death of Rochester police officer Tony Mazurkewicz is facing new charges for shootings the previous day, including one that killed two people and wounded a third.
Kelvin Vickers is one of three men named in an indictment unsealed yesterday. He and Deadrick Fulwiley and Raheim Robinson are charged in the July 20 shooting deaths of Richard Collinge and MyJel Rand near North Clinton Avenue. They also are charged with reckless endangerment for a shooting July 19.
Robinson was arrested in Boston and is awaiting extradition.
Vickers and Fulwiley will be arraigned tomorrow.
