A Victor-based developer is planning to renovate the empty Hotel Cadillac
CSD Housing reportedly wants to partner with the YMCA to convert the building into 42 apartments and a ground-floor commercial space.
They estimate the cost at $19 million, and are seeking city and state assistance.
The Cadillac has been closed since 2018.
