Rochester police say it appears a 19-year-old man's death in the Genesee River gorge was a tragic accident.
It happened overnight at a spot near St. Paul Street and the Inner Loop.
First responders found damaged fencing that allowed entry to the gorge, where they could see the unresponsive man.
He was pulled out, but was not alive.
