The man accused of gunning down an RPD officer is now facing an 8-count indictment.
21-year-old Kelvin Vickers is charged with aggravated murder of a police officer and attempted aggravated murder of a police officer, along with murder, attempted murder, assault, and weapons charges.
Police say he ambushed Officers Anthony Mazurkiewicz and Sino Seng, leaving Mazurkiewicz dead and Seng wounded.
The next court date for Vickers hasn't been announced yet.
