Webster police have arrested a man with a conviction record for a stabbing last month.
Thirty-seven-year-old Darryl Mickle is charged with assault and burglary in the stabbing of a man at an apartment on Krieger Road.
Police say the stabbing stemmed from a domestic disturbance.
