A Rochester teen has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and weapons charges
17-year-old Elijah Rosa admitted in court to fatally shooting 19-year-old Johnel Ravenell at North Clinton and Clifford Avenues in December 2020.
Rosa will be formally sentenced to 20 years to life in prison next month.
