Suspended Head of the Rochester PAB Suing the City and the PAB

The suspended head of the Rochester Police Accountability Board is now suing the city and the PAB over his suspension.

Executive director Conor Dwyer Reynolds claims he was suspended behind closed doors -- with no formal record of a vote -- making it illegal.

Reynolds alleges he found out about his suspension when a security guard went to his home and told him.

If true, it would be a violation of the state's Open Meetings Law.

He's been on administrative leave since May 12th.

Reynolds is accused by the board's attorney of mismanagement and creating a climate of paranoia.
