Rochester Police are deciding on charges for a gunpoint carjacking in the city.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. on Resolute Circle, on the northside.
Officers tailed the vehicle for nearly 30 minutes before it crashed in Scottsville.
The 18-year-old suspect was treated at the hospital for leg pain.
The investigation is ongoing.
