Rochester police have arrested a parolee in connection with the shooting early yesterday morning outside the Baden Street Recreation Center.
Quinjavis Lewis is charged with reckless endangerment and two gun crimes.
Police say more charges could be brought by a grand jury.
Police say they have established Lewis fired a gun in the direction of the four shooting victims during a party attended by several hundred people.
One victim, 24-year-old Willie Wofford, was killed.
The others are recovering.
