Andrea Lipton has been sentenced to 7.5 to 15 years in prison.
She was found guilty of manslaughter back in April in the death of her 3-year-old son.
Prosecutors say she failed to seek timely medical help for her son, Kei'mere Marshall, in July of 2020.
This after her boyfriend, Anthony Love, beat the boy inside a home on Avenue C.
Love has already been sentenced to 25 years in prison for manslaughter.
