A teenager has been arrested in a Rochester bank robbery.
Police say a 16-year-old boy held up the Canandaigua National Bank branch on Mount Hope Avenue yesterday afternoon.
He then allegedly fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.
The teen is charged with 3rd-degree robbery, and is now being held in a detention center.
