Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter will be in Washington today to speak to Congress.
He'll testify before a Congressional subcommittee about efforts to keep illegal guns off the streets -- He says there are gaps in the laws that keep police from getting that job done.
He says his testimony will center around responsible firearms management for gun dealers, and incentivizing responsible gun ownership.
