Dominic Pezzola
Local Proud Boy leader Dominic Pezzola has pleaded not guilty today to seditious conspiracy and other charges in last year's Capitol riot.
Pezzola is among 5 charged on a 10-count superseding indictment -- including former Proud Boy chair Henry “Enrique” Tarrio.
They're accused of coordinating their travel to Washington and plotting to foment a riot and storm Congress, in an attempt to keep Congress from certifying Joe Biden's election victory.
Pezzola also faces other charges including conspiring to obstruct official proceeding, obstruction of law enforcement, and robbery.
