Rochester police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 36-year-old city man.
He was brought last night by private vehicle to Strong hospital.
Police believe he was shot near Jefferson Avenue and Tremont Street, but are working to confirm that.
The man is recovering, and no one is in custody.
