Rochester police have made an arrest in a homicide in November.
Police say 19-year-old Jailyn Johnson shot and killed 15-year-old Ja’mere Wade near a drug house on Peckham Street.
Johnson will be arraigned today on a second-degree murder charge and a gun crime.
