The special master in charge of redrawing New York's Congressional District Maps has released his proposals.
Under the new maps, the 25th District would contain all of Monroe County and most of Orleans.
The 24th District runs from Wyoming County through the Finger Lakes and up through Oswego.
Syracuse and Utica would be placed together in the 22nd District.
The 23rd District would no longer cover Binghamton, but would extend well into Erie County.
