A Naples man is dead, after a workplace accident this morning in Yates County.
Deputies say 27-year-old Ryan Rector was trimming a tree in Penn Yan while working for a tree service, when he fell at least 50 feet to the ground.
Rector was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
