A second person has been charged in a bizarre incident in Seneca County last month.
Lisbeth Collada of Florida is now charged with attempted aggravated murder, arson, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies checking on a report of fires at the Love's truck stop near del Lago Casino and Resort in Tyre found a toddler doused with a flammable liquid and a three-year-old in a tractor-trailer cab with head injuries.
Deputies believe she and the first person charged, Jamie Avery Junior, are the parents of the two children.
Both kids are expected to make full recoveries.
Collada and Avery are due back in court in July.
