Senator Kirsten Gillibrand says the House should hold hearings to determine whether the 3 Supreme Court justices lied under oath during their confirmation hearings.
Donald Trump appointees Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh each referred to Roe v Wade as settled law.
Despite this, the three have apparently signed onto the leaked draft opinion striking the 1973 ruling down.
Gillibrand says that's unacceptable.
Gillibrand also says women nationwide should continue to rally in support of keeping Roe v Wade intact -- and run for offices.
