A Canandaigua man will serve 2 to 6 years in prison for a deadly hit and run last Fall. Todd Smith, 54, pleaded guilty in February to 2nd-degree vehicular manslaughter and other charges. He admitted to being drunk when he struck and killed 62-year-old Edwin Wesley on South Main Street last October. Wesly was on a scooter in the crosswalk when he was hit. Smith drove off. Police found Smith's green 1956 Ford pickup 3 days later.
