RIT Puts Vaccine Booster Mandate on Hold

RIT is putting its COVID-19 vaccine booster requirement on hold.

It had been scheduled to go into effect on May 15th for all students, faculty, and staff.

School officials say they put it on hold due to the low hospitalization rate in the region.

Everyone will still be required to have two shots of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, or the single Johnson & Johnson shot.
