A Rochester school bus driver is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a school van.
74-year-old Tomas Rosario faces several federal charges, including child porn possession and witness tampering.
Prosecutors say Rosario was caught on surveillance video inside the van.
He allegedly directed the girl to do something sexually inappropriate, then touched the victim.
He then allegedly told the girl not to tell anyone about what happened.
A search of Rosario's phone turned up child pornography.
