A paroled Rochester murderer -- is now facing federal child pornography charges.
Prosecutors say 48-year-old Israel Rivera-Reyes had sex with a 16-year-old on several occasions-- and also sent the victim nude pictures and videos.
Those images turned up on the victim's cell phone.
Rivera-Reyes was convicted of second-degree murder in 1995 and was released in 2006.
His parole was revoked at least 3 times.
