The two men accused of locking a teenage girl in a Rochester convenience store and raping her -- have now been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.
21-year-old Shadad Alghaithy and 28-year-old James Hampton each face 6 rape counts.
Algaithy also faces 5 criminal sex act counts, while Hampton is charged with 2 counts of weapons possession.
Police found a stolen handgun and a high-capacity magazine when they arrested the pair last month.
Algaithy is already a Level 2 sex offender.
The Central Park store at which they worked has now been temporarily closed.
