A Rochester man is facing several charges, after a shooting last month.
Police say 20-year-old Travelle Gulley opened fire on a 19-year-old man near Lake Avenue and Twin Beaches Drive.
The victim was seriously hurt but survived.
The RPD says Gulley had a "ghost gun" on him when he was arrested yesterday.
Guley faces weapons possession, assault, and reckless endangerment.
Meanwhile, a Rochester woman has been charged in a shooting earlier this month.
Police say 34-year-old Darquita Washington shot a 24-year-old woman near Taylor and Love Streets back on March 16th.
The victim was hit in the lower body and is expected to survive.
Washington was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with assault, weapons possession, and reckless endangerment.
