He hasn't said he's running for anything, but a poll shows former Governor Cuomo running close behind current Governor Kathy Hochul in a hypothetical Democratic primary.
The poll by Emerson College for The Hill showed Hochul with the support of 37 percent of the Democratic voters, and Cuomo with 33 percent.
Twenty-one percent support someone else and 9 percent are undecided.
Cuomo recently began running TV ads in an attempt to clear his name from the sexual harassment allegations that led to his resignation.
The poll also shows Governor Hochul far out in front of the other Democrats if Cuomo is not in the mix.
