Police have made two arrests for the shooting February 23 that wounded an 18-year-old man on Rochester's southwest side.
The victim was found near the Boys and Girls Club, but was shot on Cottage Street.
Police have charged a 16-year-old boy with assault, and 18-year-old Clifton Moody is charged with assault and a gun crime.
