The Park Avenue Summer Art Festival is likely off once again.
It had been scheduled to return this August, after being canceled in 2020 and 2021 because of COVID.
Organizers say they haven't been able to find a new promoter to put on the festival.
City officials, including Mayor Malik Evans, remain hopeful the festival can return soon.
