A local man accused of taking part in the U.S. Capitol riot has been indicted for conspiracy to obstruct Congress.
Politico reports reputed Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola is part of the indictment that includes Proud Boys national leader Enrique Tarrio and three other leaders.
The government accuses the men of conspiring to keep Congress from certifying the Electoral College vote, in an attempt to disrupt the transfer of power.
Pezzola was allegedly caught on camera breaching a Capitol window with a riot shield he took from an officer.
